Choose a song you know extremely well.
Do not use sheet music.
Procedure:
- sing it
- find tonic
- choose convenient key
- find first phrase
- write scale degrees
- play it
- transpose
Do one phrase per day if necessary.
Accuracy is more valuable than speed.
