Write a 32-bar solo-piano chord-melody study.

Requirements:

• melody clearly projected above every chord
• first eight bars mostly single notes/two-note support
• at least one four-way-close passage
• at least one drop-2 passage
• one melody note used as 9
• one as 13
• one as ♯11 or altered dominant color
• one chromatic passing melody note harmonized with approach/diminished logic
• one chromatic inner line beneath a held melody note
• one phrase with LH bass and no block chords
• one locked-hands or octave/block climax
• final phrase thins back to melody + sparse harmony

The piece should feel as though one instrumental section expands and contracts around the melody.
