3.1Start with the easiest minor scale: A minor

A natural minor:

Notice something important:

It uses exactly the same notes as C major.

C major:

Same seven notes.

Different home note.

This relationship is called relative major/minor.

So:

C major ↔ A minor

They share the same key signature: no sharps or flats.
