6.12Harmonic rhythm

Now another important concept:

harmonic rhythm = how frequently chords change.

It is not the same as musical rhythm.

For example, melody may be busy, but the harmony can stay on one chord for a whole bar.

Or the melody may be simple while harmony changes twice per beat.
