8.32Melody note can join the accompaniment pattern
Suppose melody note is G over C.
Instead of:
LH accompaniment
then separate RH melody,
you can make G the top of the arpeggio:
C-E-G
and hold G slightly longer.
The listener perceives G as melody because it is:
- higher
- louder
- longer
This is how solo-piano textures often merge accompaniment and melody.
