8.43A coordination exercise

Left hand:

play only roots on beat 1.

Right hand:

play chords on beats 2 and 4.

Once comfortable:

left hand adds fifth on beat 3.

Then:

right hand adds melody.

Build layers progressively.

Do not try to learn the whole texture simultaneously.
