9.13Top melody and inner voices

Suppose melody is:

G → A → B → C

and harmony:

C → Am → G7 → C

Choose voicings so the top voice follows exactly that melody.

Example:

C: E C G

Am: E C A

G7: F D B

C: E G C

Now the top line is clearly:

G → A → B → C

while inner voices move separately.
